Cupping is a tool for working with fascia, a strong connective tissue that touches and envelopes every structure in our body, helping to provide support and movement. Chelsea believes work to our fascia tissue, superficial and deep, is important to achieving joint mobility and reducing pain. She also enjoys scar work, and has had success in the rehabilitation with injuries or surgeries that produce scar tissue.
Chelsea loves to snowboard, and has recently taken up kayaking and back country camping. She also loves yoga, and will be obtaining her Yoga Teacher Training certificate later this Spring (2018). Chelsea has 2 chihuahuas, whom she enjoys taking on bike ride adventures around the city.
