Dr. Nicole grew up in southern Manitoba, always embracing her surroundings, whether in the city or in the country.  She is the youngest sibling, with two older brothers who helped create her love of sports.  She played all that was offered to her, from ringette to volleyball, and she excelled in track and softball reaching provincial levels in both.   With a back injury and an ACL tear, her competitive dreams were delayed and she became familiar with the amazing ability of the human body to heal, repair and adapt.

Education

Dr. Nicole completed a bachelor’s degree in Science in 2006 from the University of Manitoba. She knew she wanted to help people, but hadn’t found her true purpose.
