Education

Monique Burke is Registered Holistic Nutritionist. She graduated from the Natural Nutrition Program at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN) in September 2019. Prior to studying nutrition, she completed a Bachelor of Science degree; majoring in Biology. She also has a Bachelor of Education degree and post-secondary education in adult learning and training.

Career

Monique is registered member in good standing with the CSNN Alumni Association. She is excited to begin her career in nutritional counseling. She aims to provide nutritional assessment, advice and support that is aligned with your unique needs, preferences, skills, and culture. She especially passionate about using indigenous and traditional diets and practices to help nourish your mind, body and spirit. Monique is committed to helping you to improve your knowledge of nutrition and food preparation skills.

Personal information

Monique hopes to share her passion for food with her clients. She enjoys cooking, photographing and tasting foods from around the world. Monique loves to travel and learn about different cultures. She dreams of buying spices in markets of Morocco and trying different street foods in Thailand. She also enjoys learning about herbalism, healing traditions, and ancient civilizations. Monique’s hobbies include painting, photography, and reading. She also likes to spend time with family and friends, do outdoor activities, and watch HGTV.
